Ms. CATHERINE LOURDES has been involved in the area of training and development for the past 10 years. Her passion is to develop individuals towards greater heights by nurturing their inborn talents. Her profession in training started with the publication of a book entitled “Shame, Secrecy and Silence” Rape Research, which she co-authored with 3 other researchers. In fact, she has also presented and wrote articles which were contributed in seminars and newsletters. Besides that Ms. Lourdes also presented a national research paper on social issue at a National Seminar organized by Pusat Perubatan University Malaya.

Ms. Lourdes, holds a qualification in Training and Development from University of Leicester, United Kingdom and she also obtained a Certificate of Achievement on Certified Training Profession with ARTDO International. It is a body that certifies trainers in the field of Training and Development. Furthermore, Ms. Lourdes is also a certified trainer for Ministry of Tourism to conduct programme on Tourism English, Mesra Malaysia and Act Tourism programmes respectively. Infact, she also teaches for Open University Malaysia (Centre for Professional Development) for their Diploma Level and Career Development Programme.

Ms. Lourdes has also attained the certification in Training (Train the trainer) from Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad. (HRDC) and she is also currently a certified trainer for Customer Service. Over the years she has conducted programmes for various organization e.g. Nestle Malaysia, Anti Corruption Agency, Hotel Seri Malaysia, Open University Malaysia, NIOSH and many more.

She personally believes that training should be a continuous process and trainers are the mediators who reinforce the learning processes. Due to that, most of the training programmes she conducts are hands-on and very interactive; whereby the participants are encouraged to play a vital role in the learning process.

MS. JENNIFER YEOH is a Registered Financial Consultant (USA) and holds an honors degree in Bachelor Applied Science(USM). She has more than 16 years working experience in Pharmaceutical and Financial Industry. She started her career with an established international pharmaceutical company as a Sales Executive and rose to the position of Area Sales Manager for Northern region of Peninsular Malaysia during her 6 years with the company. She has hands-on experience in handling sales, demonstrating dynamic sales performance; achieving sales target set by the company every year.

She was also involved in the manufacturing & retailing of herbal products business for 7 years, where she manages the sales team of the company nine operating branches. Aside from her experience in pharmaceutical industry and manufacturing & retail business, Jennifer also had the opportunity to work in a well established Financial Institution for 8 years with the primary role as a Financial Planner. Her major responsibility was to manage and provide advisory service to potential clients.

Amongst her involvement in the financial sector; were the extension to investment portfolio consultancy. During her stints as a Financial Planner, her achievements include the Million Dollar Round Table awards in 2002. Jennifer’s significant achievement had provided her with the opportunity to participate in the company annual convention held in South Africa in 2001, Egypt in 2002, Shanghai in 2003, Italy 2004 and Hanoi, Vietnam in 2005.

With her insight in pharmaceutical, financial industry, sale management and an entrepreneurial acumen, she was able to appreciate the ever changing business market environment and trends to maintain quality service that meet client’s business objectives and expectations. She has very good people skills and interacts well with different levels of people and age group; be it staff, management or clients. Her positive outlook, commitment and passion for excellence attributed to her success as a entrepreneur, professional financial planner and sales manager.

MS. MOLLIE YEOH has more than 10 years of experience in training & development and consultancy experiences in both foreign and local Financial Institution. As a Corporate Trainer, she has developed and conducted in-house training programs such as Induction Courses for new recruits, Teller hands on training for New Tellers on Banking Retail Products Knowledge Courses, Trade Finance Courses, Exchange Control Regulation Courses, System Conversion Courses, Operational Risk and Fraud Awareness courses for branches, Better Customer Service, Telemarketing, and Professional Sales course for Branch Managers and Service and Sales personnel together with teambuilding program for the various branches throughout Malaysia.

As a Training Consultant, she has conducted Training Needs Analysis and program such as Customer Service Excellence, Sales, Presentation Skills, and Managing Stress at Work Place, Teambuilding, and New Manager Program for the Retail Industry, Financial Institutions, Multi-Level Marketing Company, Hotel, and Tourism Industry for their Customer Service Team, Sales Team, Branch Managers, and State Directors. She has also conducted several Communication Skills, Public Speaking, Team-working workshops for youth, and Business Simulation Program (D’graduate Program) for under graduates.

Mollie is also a Certified Associate EQ trainer of Six seconds EQ network, USA and a Certified PSMB trainer, Malaysia. She has also gone through formal training on Montessori Education methods. Mollie is hands-on, and specializes in both technical and soft skills training and her passion is to develop people to their fullest potential.

MR. EUGENE TAN has been actively involved in various capacities of training and development for different organizations since 1993. Being a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, he uses key concepts of NLP combined with Accelerated Learning principles for maximum effect during his sessions. With a keen understanding on the what, how and why of learning, his sessions are designed to maximize learning absorption and retention. Being a practical person, the ideas he advocates and shares are down to earth and readily applicable.

Eugene ensures that his sessions are always interactive, fun and never boring. His sessions seamlessly combine elements of high energy, high touch and high impact. When the situation requires, he will not hesitate to go high tech as well. In line with the key NLP concept, “All learning is state dependant”, he induces the optimum state of mind in the trainees to facilitate effortless transfer of knowledge.

MS. JESSIE CHIN has been employed in the hospitality industry for the last 24 years. She has accumulated vast, hands-on working experience in the operations management and development of human resources in customer service excellence. Her constant involvement with human capital of all levels had contributed to her better understanding of the performance and needs of a company’s workforce. Her developed passion in wanting to bring high standards of customer service to customers spurned her to share and disseminate her knowledge and experience to those who want to build impressive and good relationships with their customers.

Jessie has been coaching the company’s workforce, a public listed company, since the early 90’s. She has conducted numerous in house training courses and the most successful was “Admirable Customer Service” whereby all the eight companies in the group sent their front-liners to gather some training. The result was a highly motivated and energized staff force and services more customer friendly.

Jessie is a certified HRDF trainer and has achieved merit certificates on training from Universiti Sains Malaysia and Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers. She is also a Certified Customer Service Trainer (CCST) certified by centre for Customer Care (CCC) Malaysia. JANET LEONG, is a Senior Trainer and Management Consultant.Graduated with a MBA (specializing in Supply Chain Management) at Midwest University Missouri, hold a Graduate Diploma in purchasing and Supply Management from CIPS (UK), Advanced certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management (MIPMM). A certified and approved ITC’s Modular Learning System Trainer on International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and also a certified and approved Trainer (Train The Trainer Programme) by Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB). Had more than 15 years of practical experiences, in the manufacturing industries.

She is actively involved in the purchasing, materials, procurement and supply chain management fields for more than 10 years. Ms Leong Lai Fun (Janet) has more than 6 years of extensive Training and Consulting experience in the field of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management. Her previous tracked record includes Senior Management positions in the multinational manufacturing company. During her years of employment, she has involved herself in a wide spectrum of Supply Chain functions. She is well placed to assist organizations in taking a quantum leap in managing Purchasing, Materials Management, Warehouse and Supply Chain Management. She has been trained in Total Quality Management (Building A Pyramid Of Quality) by Professor Tachiki and Associates Japan and continuous improvement projects (Gemba Kaizan by The Association For Technical Overseas Scholarship (AOTS). A certify auditor for ISO/TS 16949:2002 Process Approach Internal Auditing.

Intrinsically motivated, enthusiastic, achiever with considerable expertise in all aspects of selling and negotiation in the Purchasing and Supply world. Her experience encompasses successful formulate and implement strategies that will create and maintain supplier base capable of near perfect quality, on time delivery, optimum lead- time and to achieve cost–effective ways of integrating and coordinating activities.

The experience gained in the buying, selling and negotiating over the years enables her to bring theory, but more importantly “practicality” to the classroom and so ensure those involved will have a “toolkit” for immediate use (learner centred education/training). Approach to teaching putting the needs of the learner at the centre of what they do in classroom and activities focus on the learner.
